2. Purposes and legal bases
We process personal data only for defined purposes and on an applicable legal basis. Contract-related inquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c), secure and efficient website operation under Article 6(1)(f), and optional technologies under Article 6(1)(a). Where legitimate interests apply, they consist of protecting the website, preventing misuse, and maintaining reliable business communication.
3. Contact inquiries and contact form
When you contact us, we process name, email address, company, budget information, message, and any voluntarily provided data to answer the inquiry and prepare possible pre-contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
The current static form validates entries locally and is not yet connected to a recipient. Before launch, document the actual processor, destination, transfer method, and retention period here: [FORM_ENDPOINT_OR_CRM_AND_PROCESSING_DETAILS].
4. Local storage and consent management
The website stores the selected language under 42craft-language and the consent decision under 42craft-cookie-consent-v2. Access to storage that is strictly necessary to provide the requested language and privacy settings is based on Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG. Optional analytics or marketing technologies require prior consent under Section 25(1) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; they remain blocked until the corresponding category is actively accepted. At present, no optional analytics or marketing service is connected.
The language and consent records remain in local browser storage until you change the setting or delete the website data in your browser. You can withdraw or change your decision at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer. The withdrawal is as easy as granting consent.
5. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted through GitHub Pages. When a GitHub Pages website is visited, GitHub logs and stores the visitor's IP address for security purposes. Additional technical request data may be processed to deliver and protect the website. The legal basis for 42 Craft is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is secure and reliable website delivery.

Technical website-access data is received by GitHub as the hosting provider. GitHub may process data in the United States and other countries. Information about GitHub's international processing, applicable safeguards, and data-subject rights is available in the GitHub Privacy Statement.
